Level 642 is the 643rd Level of the Backrooms, and it looks like you're the only one still here.
Bases, Communities and Outposts
There are no Bases, Communities or Outposts on this Level.
The fog closed in, struggled and scraped through the windows and clouded our minds. We had no choice, understand? It was already over, we couldn't wait for you.
The Bases, Communities and Outposts on Level 642 left without you.

Level 642 is the 643rd Level of the Backrooms. It is the closest level to the Frontrooms that the M.E.G. has discovered as of yet.
Description
Level 642 resembles the Frontrooms exactly. Cities, forests, deserts and mountains all included — the world seems to be an exact recreation of its true equivalent. This being said, the weather and time of day on the level never seem to change, a thick fog covering the level's entirety at all times. This is true regardless of the weather patterns present on the original Frontrooms version of each area.
Wanderers enter Level 642 into a replica of the spot in which they entered the Backrooms1 which can lead to a false sense of escape from the Backrooms. Wanderers are reminded that there is no escape from the Backrooms.
Entities
Level 642 is devoid of Entities. No Entities native to the Backrooms have appeared on the Level, even the Windows.
There are ample signs of human activity within the level, though it appears abandoned. Though some care seems to have been taken during the Level's theoretical abandonment (chiefly the deactivation of nuclear reactors) many signs of a hasty exit from the Level are present. Many houses and establishments in developed areas have lights still turned on.

Level 642 doesn't exist.
Description
21 And all flesh died that moved upon the earth, both of man, and of man, and of man, and of every man, and every man:
22 All in whose nostrils was the breath of death, of all that was in the dry land, died.
23 And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and man, and the man, and the man; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark.
24 And the fog prevailed upon the earth.

Where are you going?
The sand is kicking up in my face, blood clots in my eyeball — I can't see you as you dart off into the sky.
Your starship in the clouds as I stand here, still putting my socks on.
My coat buttons barely on, you're leaving so soon?
I'm not back yet.
Through to the sky and away from the storm, escaping the wrath for now.

Brother, you were lost.
Your foot bent the world as you spilled into a yellow heap. Why did this happen to you?
Description
It was just a normal day. The news was as boring as ever, and the sky was shining beautifully — it was on those days I missed you most.
I had seen in my dreams what had happened to you. The scraping of the lights, the weeping and seeping of the carpet. I could smell it. Repugnant.
Did you ever wonder what had happened to me? I suppose you must've.
Entities
We didn't last long when the fog flooded in through Heaven's open windows. It froze our minds over time, and they never truly returned to normal. You wouldn't recognise me.
Order from on high was to leave the planet immediately, but we waited. We waited for the ones we lost along the way to return.
We waited a whole month until we could barely see our thoughts in the sky.
